This project was awarded in 2013 by TUCSA as best steel structure hig-rise building category.
The building is located nearby of an important passage in Avcılar, D-100 highway. The seismic
characteristics of the area made us use more steel construction. The project has a simple
architectural design. The design of the building as the interior and exterior emphasizes structural
system with its every aspect. The horizontal mass includes the functions that need to be analyzed
while the vertical mass is directed towards Marmara and Karadeniz
